1. Sunrise from West and sets in East direction on the planets Venus and Uranus
  

Yes, you have heard it right Venus and Uranus are the only two planets of the solar system
        where the sun rise from West and sets in East.This happens because the Venus and Uranus
 rotate West to east.



2. Plants does not need Carbon dioxide(C02) to live


 
One More time you have heard it right that plants do not need Carbon dioxide to live.They only store and remove carbon dioxide in them and this is first time in the history that there is more carbon dioxide in  the atmosphere in comparison to last 80,000 years.


3.Oceania is the Continent not Australia 


Australia is just a country in the Oceania continent.But most people think that Australia is a continent.
Oceania consists of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Federated states of Micronesia, Samoa, Tonga,
 Palau, Vanuatu, Kiribati, Papua new Guinea and many more.



4. Varanasi is the oldest city of the world


Varanasi(commonly known as Banaras) is the oldest city of the world. Varanasi(or banaras) is a city of the 
State of Uttar pradesh. Which is also famous as a pilgrimage.



5. Madagascar is the largest island of the Indian ocean

Madagascar is the largest island present in the indian ocean situated in the north-south of  Africa.
Madagascar is the home to a large number of fauna and flora.
